Joel S. Rosen

JOEL S. ROSEN, is a partner in the law firm of Cohen, Placitella & Roth, P.C. and an experienced trial lawyer. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1981. He is also admitted to practice in U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

He served as Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office from 1981 to 2003, Chief Major Trials Division, 1995 to 2003. He was a Homicide Unit Attorney from 1986 to 1995 and was Lead Prosecutor in the Ira Einhorn Murder Prosecution, September, 2002.
