Biographical Information:

Rachel A. Placitella is a member in the law firm of Cohen, Placitella & Roth, in the Red Bank, New Jersey office. Rachel concentrates her practice in the area of complex product liability litigation.

Prior to joining the law firm, Ms. Placitella was a solo practitioner from 1986 to 1998 wherein her practice focused on wills and estates and personal injury litigation.

She is a former Monmouth County Assistant Prosecutor and she has been a member of community and bar association activities including Monmouth County, New Jersey State and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Rachel has been instrumental in settling numerous cases on behalf of individual plaintiffs for values in excess of several million dollars. Rachel has also prosecuted numerous jury trials in New Jersey Superior Court.
